My one-on-one sessions focus on helping clients who are well to stay well and assisting others to recover from illness and discover their best selves and an intentional life. My role is to help the individual identify personal reasons for pursuing greater wellness and to enhance motivation for behavior change using evidence-based strategies.
I am also a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional certified through the International Association of Trauma Professionals. I will teach my clients evidence-based techniques and skills to increase personal and professional resiliency to eliminate the emotional demand of everyday life.
